Erica Rooney is a leadership speaker, executive coach, and the CEO and Founder of HER Collective, a community designed to help ambitious women build confidence, clarity, and connection in their careers. She also serves as Chief People Officer at Walk West, where she leads people strategy and organizational development.

With a background in HR leadership and executive coaching, Erica specializes in helping women step into strategic leadership, communicate with executive gravitas, and navigate the evolving workplace with confidence. Her work sits at the intersection of leadership, culture, and emerging technology, including helping leaders understand how AI is reshaping work and opportunity.

Erica is the author of Glass Ceilings and Sticky Floors and the forthcoming book The AI Gap: Women, AI, and the Next Great Leap Forward.
