With over 20 years of experience managing global projects and leading cross-functional teams, I specialize in driving collaboration and delivering excellence in remote and hybrid environments. A Certified Scrum Master and PMP, I actively explore AI tools to transform project management and nonprofit operations—also the focus of my DBA capstone at Capella University. Since 2015, I’ve honed my communication and leadership skills as a Toastmasters member and speaker, bringing clarity and engagement to complex topics.

Outside work, I’m an aspiring writer and two-time half-marathon finisher. My mantra: “Change is always good; it just might take you a few years to figure out the good.”
