Micaela Eller
Micaela Eller spent almost a decade growing the Open Collaboration and InnerSourcing capabilities at IBM starting in Data & AI supporting Watson NLP’s Agile and InnerSource transformation and later in IBM Research as Senior Global Program Delivery and Operations Leader for the InnerSource Program Office (ISPO) where she led the InnerSourcing world-wide transformation and community growth strategy for the Open Innovation Community. She also built an InnerSource Practitioner learning curriculum and enablement assets to support roll-out of InnerSource across IBM’s AI and Quantum organizations!
In mid-July 2025, she decided to take on a new challenge and joined Ernst & Young as an Assoc Director to establish and lead EY’s InnerSource Enablement Strategy, where she is focused on championing collaborative ways of working that spark innovation and building community ecosystems rooted in knowledge sharing practices and servant leadership so expert builders, makers, and innovators are empowered to do their best work.
