Owen Chen

Dr. Owen Chen is an AI/ML engineering lead in Fidelity Investments’ AI Solutions and Engineering group, where he leads a team developing enterprise AI solutions. An AI expert in the financial industry, he previously worked at Deutsche Bank and Truist Bank, building and deploying machine learning capabilities in complex, regulated environments.

Dr. Chen earned his Ph.D. in Optimization from MIT and applies deep quantitative rigor to the design of scalable, production-grade AI systems.
