Paul leads enterprise-wide talent management, learning and development, and talent acquisition at Enact. A social psychologist by training, Paul has spent his career designing culture, engagement, and leadership systems that help organizations scale without losing their human core. He holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Social Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a SHRM-SCP and certified MBTI practitioner.

At Enact, Paul partners with senior leaders to build practical, evidence-based people strategies spanning succession planning, executive development, engagement measurement, and early-career talent pipelines. His work sits at the intersection of psychology, culture, and organizational performance, with a focus on strengthening trust, capability, and connection at work. Increasingly, Paul explores how emerging technologies, when applied responsibly, can support better leadership decisions and more meaningful employee experiences, rather than replace the human judgment that culture depends on.
