Sarah Chick is the Site Director at NPower North Carolina, where she leads community-driven workforce development initiatives that expand access to tech careers for historically untapped talent. With a decade of experience as a clinical counseling professional before transitioning into tech, Sarah brings a deeply human-centered lens to her leadership—blending empathy, operational strategy, and relationship-driven collaboration. Known as a professional “Swiss Army knife,” she excels at building high-impact partnerships, cultivating community ecosystems, and creating inclusive pathways that connect people, organizations, and opportunities across the Triangle.

Sarah’s work centers on equitable innovation, people-first leadership, and the belief that intentional collaboration strengthens communities and drives lasting impact. Originally from Upstate New York, she now calls Apex, NC home where she enjoys the outdoors, hiking with her partner and her dog, and cheering on the Edmonton Oilers & Syracuse Orange!
