Shelia D. Gray
As a Global HR Leader, my career has been a testament to the power of transformation and change. From building recruitment Centers of Excellence to fostering diverse and inclusive workplaces, I have dedicated my career to reshaping the Recruitment landscape, infusing modernity into a complex business function, paving the way for future success.
Competition is fierce and change is constant, so I thrive on pushing boundaries and challenging the status quo. With a track record spanning Fortune 500 giants to agile small companies, I’ve led transformation initiatives that redefine what it means to recruit talent.
Currently, Shelia serves as Global Head of Talent Acquisition for Hyundai Motor Company, where she leads the global recruitment strategy supporting 120,000+ employees in over 200 countries and drives technology-enabled, data-informed hiring practices. Previously, she was Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Generac Power Systems, where she built a new Recruitment Center of Excellence and shaped the TA approach for mergers and acquisitions, and Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Quadient, where she developed a holistic TA strategy across 28 countries, implemented cloud-based HR technology, and enhanced the candidate and executive recruitment experience.
Whether it’s pioneering service delivery models or leading the adoption of global TA technology I’ve always been at the forefront of championing change, and driving organizations towards sustainable success with a diverse leadership pipeline.
