Victoria Vojnovich
Victoria Vojnovich, PhD is the Global Principal for AI-led Transformation for an Indian headquartered global systems integrator (GSI). She is committed to bridging the global gender equality gap for women in the workforce and re-imagining the future of work to create equitable workspaces for all. Having spent her entire career in tech, Victoria sees AI as the “great equalizer” for underrepresented communities in tech as well as gender equality globally. She has shifted from AI curious to AI committed, to finally, AI serious.
Victoria also holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coach Federation, among multiple certifications and designations. She is also a member of Chief, the largest network of senior women executives. Vojnovich has a B.S. degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Penn State University, an M.A. degree in Women’s and Gender Studies from North Carolina State University and her PhD program at North Carolina State University, where her dissertation research topic is “Re-Imagining the Future of Work for Mid-to-Late Career Women”.
Victoria lives in Cary, NC with her husband, and her three adult children live nearby. She is an avid American football fan and can be found cheering on her Penn State Nittany Lions and Philadelphia Eagles every weekend throughout the fall and winter.
