Yassah bridges the gap between human-centered design and advanced AI systems, bringing a unique perspective shaped by her transition from healthcare to technology. As a Technical Support Engineer at Intercom, she specializes in the architecture and optimization of Fin AI Agent, diagnosing complex integration issues, debugging API workflows, and collaborating with engineering teams to resolve production-level challenges in conversational AI systems.

Her technical foundation spans full-stack development and AI-powered solutions across the startup ecosystem. Through her work with nonprofits, she built scalable full-stack applications using modern frameworks and also made contributions to the Dallas Software Developers group open source projects. Across both the open-source projects startup worlds, Yassah tackles unconventional technical challenges from implementing responsible AI guardrails to designing systems that balance performance with transparency.

Yassah is an advocate for the ethical use of AI. This encompasses a human-centered approach to implementation, mitigating bias, reducing energy usage, and using AI alongside humans rather than in place of them.
